Who We Are
With deep roots in the Polish game development scene, our team brings together experience in development and quality assurance. We’ve spent years observing how the industry operates — and we believe there’s a better, more thoughtful way to approach porting and testing.
Our Mission
Porttato was founded to raise the bar for porting and QA.
We aim to combine technical precision with the flexibility and heart of a small, passionate team. We treat every project with care and tailor our support to each client’s needs.

How We Work
We take a comprehensive, end-to-end approach to every project. Whether we’re helping transition a game between platforms or diving into quality assurance, we stay hands-on and fully involved. Our internal QA team oversees the process from start to finish, ensuring high standards across all areas of development.
We also offer post-release support and analytics to help you better understand your players and make informed decisions for future updates. We fit into your workflow quickly, communicate clearly, and stay adaptable every step of the way.
Our Team
Porttato is made up of specialists who’ve worked together across various projects and studios.
Though we’re a young company, we’ve built our foundation on long-standing trust, friendship, and shared experience.
(Our unofficial project manager is Beanie, a pug who keeps morale high.)

Meet The Team

Karol Marszalik / Cainie
Experience and versatility rolled into one. A one-man army for special tasks, combining programming skills with QA expertise. He supports our testing automation and analytics, as well as conducting functional tests. Plus, he’s fluent in several languages, including Japanese.

Olga Stachnik / Widłowa
A QA specialist by calling and nature. With over 5 years of experience mainly focused on console project certifications, I always prioritize quality over quantity. I also lend support from a graphics and design perspective. On top of that, I’m a competitive gamer often found climbing the ranks in high-ELO multiplayer games.

Arkadiusz Sowiński / Bugman
With around 10 years of experience in the industry (both as a developer and QA), including about 3 years as a team lead, I’ve completed 50 projects. For years, I’ve been striving to raise quality standards in game development by blending technical skills with my QA experience. I believe there’s still a lot of room for improvement, and that quality, thoughtful work with a well-defined process will always pay off in player feedback for the projects we create.

Bartłomiej Czubak / Baal
Though young, he’s incredibly experienced. A true machine with over 12 years in various development roles within the game industry. DevOps, porting specialist, tech lead—he’s all of these in one person. There’s no technical problem he can’t solve. He’s our programming dark horse and CTO.
